  Client Patch 5.0.8.2 2007/02/14 JST  
On Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 5:00PM PST (February 14 1:00AM GMT), we will deploy Client Patch 5.0.8.2

Details for the patch are as follows:
  • Fixed display issue with Rose in the 3d client
If patched correctly, your current version will display 5.0.8.2 for both clients. If you have any difficulty receiving this patch, please check the following:

Check the "Patch" directory within your Ultima Online directory (the default location is C:\Program Files\EA Games\Ultima Online\Patch). This directory should be empty. Any files in this directory should be deleted.

Run a virus scan on your computer. Undetected viruses may cause conflicts with patching Ultima Online. For information on up-to-date virus detection software, please visit http://www.mcafee.com.

If after trying the above, you are still experiencing difficulty patching the Ultima Online client, please visit this web page.


  World Wide Publish Schedule 2007/02/14 JST  
Beginning Tuesday, February 13, 2007 during each shard''s server maintenance, the following publish will be deployed to all shards:

  • Winter Reapers will no longer spawn
  • Valentine''s Day content:
    • Characters more than 30 days old will receive a Red Velvet Box containing the following:
      • Rose in a Vase � the flower is dyeable with a furniture dye tub (blessed)
      • 10 Valentine痴 Day Cards (blessed)
        • Come in 5 different sayings
        • Players double-click card and target a player of their choice to fill in the appropriate names
        • Each card can only be used once
    • If there isn''t room in the bank or backpack for the gift container, the player will receive a message to make room and log in again.




  Origin Shard to be Published 2007/02/13 JST  
On Monday, February 12, 2007 at 6:00PM PST (February 12 2:00AM GMT) we will be deploying a publish to the Origin shard.

The update will contain the following changes:

  • Winter Reapers will no longer spawn

On Monday, February 12, 2007 at 6:00PM PST (February 13 2:00AM GMT), we will deploy Client Patch 5.0.8.1

Details for the patch are as follows:
  • Added live event content
  • Winter is ending, and the spring rains have begun! The snow has melted and should no longer display on the ground, trees, or radar.
  • Areas which have had falling snow will have falling rain instead
If patched correctly, your current version will display 5.0.8.1 for both clients. If you have any difficulty receiving this patch, please check the following:
